If you are reading this then you are one of the lucky few invited for the full wedding weekend at Ash Barton, staying until Monday!We’re really excited to have a small group of close friends and family staying on site with us for the whole celebration.

Bell Tents

Accommodation for full weekend guests will be in bell tents set up on site so you can stay right in the middle of the celebrations.The tents will be prepared and ready for arrival, there are fully furnished and unfurnished options available.

We are working with a local company called Native Bell Tests. The information on how to book can be found below alongside available options

Please pay your £100 deposit to secure a tent as soon as possible to ensure availability. The final payment is then due 1 month before the wedding date.Payment information will be provided via email ([email protected])

Important Info



While we love your little ones, the wedding day will be an adults-only celebration and unfortunately children under the age of 7 will not be able to attend the ceremony or stay overnight on site.Children are welcome for the evening celebration and there are games rooms and facilities to keep them busy!For families, staying in nearby accommodation will be the best option.


Please refer to the Order of Events section within your individual invitation link for your specific arrival time. Different guests will be joining us at different points across the weekend, so the exact time you should arrive will be listed there.


Ash Barton is quite rural, so taxis can be limited, particularly later in the evening. If you’re planning to use a taxi, we recommend booking in advance where possible.There will be limited parking available on site for guests who choose to drive.


Please RSVP by 1st May 2026 via the link you were provided.This will have been sent to you, and is also available on the home page of your invitation link.


There will be a free bar on Saturday for a set period of time (exact window TBC), after which drinks will be available at a flat rate (e.g. £5 per pint, double & mixer, glass of wine, etc.)

The day after the wedding, the celebration continues!
Sunday is all about music, silliness, connection and unwinding together in our own DIY festival at Ash Barton.They'll be space to roam, dance, laugh and lounge in good company.

Whats on?
We’ll be spreading out across the grounds, courtyard, and barns with informal zones for music, relaxing, dancing and chatting. You can expect:

A more detailed “What’s On”schedule will be shared closer to the time.
In the RSVP there is space to share ideas and any activities, decorations or anything else you would like to contribute to the day.We're welcoming guests to bring the fun on Sunday with all their creativity and resourcefulness.
What to wear

Extravagant, silly, colourful, or comfy — anything goes. Sequins? Capes? Sparkling tracksuits? Yes, yes and yes.Just be you. Bonus points for sparkle, feathers, and weird hats.

Food and Cooking

So that everyone is well fed, we’re planning to have a food van on site which guests will need to pay for in advance. You’ll be able to let us know if you’d like to order food when you RSVP.You’re also welcome to bring snacks or picnic bits for the day and for those staying in Bell Tents, camping stoves are welcome if you'd prefer to cook your own food.


Sunday will be BYOB, so please feel free to bring along whatever you’d like to drink for the day.We’ll also have any leftover drinks from the wedding available, which you’ll be able to purchase via donation using our card machine.
This will help us make use of anything remaining while keeping things simple for everyone.

Ameneties
There is a dedicated toilet and shower block with loos and showers, enough to accommodate around 100 bell tent campers.

The pamper room (heated with mirrors and plugs) will be open to all bell tent guests across the weekend. Guests staying in the house should use the house bathrooms and facilities where possible.There will be a few indoor spaces available to charge phones if needed — feel free to ask us or a member of the bridal party.
Clean-up and leaving
There are onsite bins and recycling facilities, so please help us leave the place as lovely as we found it.

We’ll do a group tidy-up on Sunday morning after the wedding day and before the festival kicks off around midday.



If you’re staying until Monday, we’d also really appreciate help with final bits in the morning before we leave.
